What are your pieces made of?

We use a variety of materials, such as an exclusive mixture of stoneware that improves the quality and durability of the pieces, we also work with porcelain, nickel-free stainless steel, and our jewelery pieces have liquid gold details. know more

How can I take care of my parts?

The pieces are fragile and as such we recommend special care in their use, as well as in the way they are stored. Avoid exposing the jewelery to household products, perfumes and water, keep the pieces in a suitable place. After using them, we advise you to store them in a box or bag and not to leave them in a damp place.

With the exception of jewelery pieces, all our pieces must be cleaned with water or non-corrosive products, in order to maintain their initial appearance and durability.

Do you do wrapping in case it is a gift?

We do not wrap the pieces, for packaging purposes, but we will be happy to provide the wrapping material if you want to do it in the comfort of your home.

I have an idea for a play, can you make it a reality?

Is there pre-order?

No! We only create unique pieces and as such, pre-orders are not possible.

If you are interested in buying a piece similar to those available in the store (online or physical), we are happy to be your contacts. Send us an email to geral@arteceramics.com or contact us through our social networks and send us a photo of the piece you want.

Do you have an active discount code?

On rare occasions we use promotional codes, if you have one, place it in the designated spot at checkout.

We only use options that allow tracking, we recommend this shipping method as the fastest and safest.

What if I receive a package that is damaged or has an item missing?
