• Sónia Borga , born in 1970 in Angola, has lived in Caldas da Rainha since she was very young. She has a degree in Ceramic and Glass Design from the Escola Superior de Artes e Design - Caldas da Rainha.

    In 1994, she established her ceramics studio in Tornada - Caldas da Rainha, a project that still exists today and where all of the artist's pieces are produced.

    In 2006, he opened his first store/gallery, Olaria de S. Pedro , in Óbidos, "a space dedicated to the promotion of author ceramics."


    In 2013, a new space was opened, now in the heart of the memorable village of Sintra, Portugal.

    In 2016, in love with the world of jewellery, she decided to attend a jewelery course at the Centro de Joalharia de Lisboa, where she stimulated and promoted all her interest in the area, creating today porcelain pieces with touches of liquid gold, delicate and unique.
